How to Track Your Order

Step 1: Check Your Email

After your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email at the email address you provided during checkout. This email contains:

• Your unique tracking number

• A direct link to track your package

• The name of the shipping carrier (UPS or FedEx)

Step 2: Use the Tracking Link

Click the tracking link in your email to go directly to the carrier's tracking page. You can also manually visit the carrier's website and enter your tracking number:

Step 3: Monitor Your Shipment

Once you enter your tracking number, you will see the current status of your shipment, including:

• When your order was picked up by the carrier

• When it arrived at each transit facility

• Estimated delivery date

• Proof of delivery when it arrives

Tracking Number Not Received?

If you haven't received your shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please follow these steps:

1. Check Your Spam/Junk Folder

Sometimes shipping confirmation emails are filtered into spam or junk folders. Please check these folders in your email inbox.

2. Verify Your Email Address

Make sure you entered the correct email address when placing your order. If you used a different email, check that inbox instead.

3. Check Your Order Status

Log in to your account on our website and go to "Order History" to see the status of your order. If your order shows as "Processing," it means it hasn't shipped yet.

4. Contact Us

If you still can't find your tracking information, please contact us with your order number and we will help you locate your shipment.

What to Do if Your Package is Lost or Damaged

Lost Package:

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please wait 24 hours as sometimes carriers update tracking before actual delivery. If you still haven't received it after 24 hours, contact us and we will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.

Damaged Package:

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging and items immediately. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
